Well, the debate of whether or not Gmail was a joke has been settled. In an interview with
Reuters, Jonathan Rosenberg, Google's vice president of products. had this to say:
"It is April Fool's Day. We were having fun with this announcement. We are very serious about Gmail," Rosenberg said in an interview.
Enough said. Let's see now how Google's new service competes with Yahoo and Hotmail. If anyone has been a beta tester, can you post your comments sharing what your experiences are. Thanks.
