Like mad scientists, the folks in Google Labs love to pop out new features to let users toy
with. Their latest creation is Site-Flavored Google
Search, a cool tool which allows you create "flavored" search results for people on your website.
It works like this: you fill out a profile based upon your website's content (i.e. Recreation/Outdoors) and HTML for a search box is generated. You copy this HTML onto your site and when people search the corresponding Google search box, they will be able to select a filter which will provide "flavored" results related to the profile you initally chose.
The Google speak on this is:

1. Since this programme does not scan sites automatically, or use it's indexing to determine what is appropriatee to the particular site, it offe nothing more than google's standard personalised search, which is limited (I don't want to say lame). Sorry, Google, but Websearch revenue sharing was a better innovation!
