John Battelle's investigative work has uncovered the latest wrinkle in the Geico trademark case against Google. Google's attempts to throw out the case had already been thwarted. Now, the judge has dismissed Google's request for summary judgment, another attempt to curtail the lawsuit before it reaches full trial.
