You're not alone. isnoop does a brisk (free) trade in Gmail invitations donated by Gmail account-holders. You just fill in a simple form giving your e-mail address, and an invitation will be sent to you if one is available. The site recently claimed to have over a million; at the time of this post the number is down to about 140,000, and it fluctuates constantly. People are definitely taking them, so the market isn't saturated yet.
