A financial analyst commented on Yahoo!'s likely Weblogs plans, saying the company can be expected to build or acquire tools for creating and hosting blogs. Such initiatives, of course, would build naturally on Yahoo!'s emphasis on RSS in the lastest version of My Yahoo!. If true, Yahoo! would be pushing what seems to be a clear advantage over Google, whose Blogger.com can be regarded as the AOL of Weblogs platforms: easy and underpowered. The same can be said for many Yahoo! services, so time will tell whether Yahoo! truly exploits its RSS advantage, or whether Google throws down a new service out of the blue, as it so often does.

(Page 1)2. as far as I am concerned, Yahoo can do no wrong,
they rule, their search engine is really right on, for common sense, vs others, Overture works, we need to do some tuning and lately their servers have been overloaded i assume,
the desktop needs some work, i would change some things,
but basically, Yahoo rules
and as my dad is my best student at 77, and yes Penelope, you can teach an old dog new tricks!!
i will have all of them on my sites, i recommend them to all over the world, and i have been on the web since the 80's w/ user nets, and on computers since 72,
just my opinion, what do i know
i just work with poor small scale fishermen in the third world,Latin America how to fish more sustainably and efficiently
thanks
