The issue of Google's WebAccelerator utility displaying private pages that were cached by another WA user was raised uncertainly but has reportedly been confirmed by the company. Google is working on a fix to the security hole, which can display a signed-in page of a protected site or account, without actually signing in the WA user. In other words, you might see another person's private content when using WebAccelerator, but you cannot operate within that site as another signed-in user.

1. This might also better explain why Google has stopped allowing users to download GWA. If true, Google should take the next logical (and socially responsible) step and deactivate the service altogether for those already with GWA installed on their machines to prevent further privacy invasions.
