Google has recruited five more lawyers for its team in the Kai-Fu Lee case with Microsoft. Kai-Fu Lee is the ex-Microsoft engineer who bolted to Google; Microsoft sued Google and obtained a temporary restraining order that prohibits Lee from working while the case winds through the courts. The decision will be rendered in Washington staste, while Google's countersuit to have the case dropped is located in California. This InfoWorld piece quotes experts who predict that Microsoft will win this thing fairly easily in Washington, and that decisions in that state are binding in California, ruining Google's case there. The worst case scenario for Google is that Lee would not be able to start his job for a year, during which time Google would pay him in stock.

1. Microsoft did not allow Kai-Fu Lee to continue in China. He should not be denied from practicing his trade at his desired
location. His right to make a living, progress in professional development according to his personal circumstances is significant.
Microsoft neglected utilizing his desire and ability to organize in China, stifling his creativity, should not complain when he
betters himself at another Google.
In addition, Ballmer's angry chair throwing episode indicates a boss with a multiple personality, and an attitude that pervades
Microsoft ? A good reason to get away from an idiot manager.
