It seems too early for a Best of 2005 list, but that's what PCMag has given us. and Google scores a few times. the #2 overall product is Gmail (Firefox takes the top spot). In addition to being premature, this list is a bit moldy. It's definitely not new products of 2005, which would have been a more interesting list. This all-star roster is populated by chestnuts like Google (yes, just Google), iTunes, Vonage, Flickr, Wikipedia, and Photoshop. A little imagination, a little digging, and more of a discovery factor, please. And where is Yahoo!? How can Google (yes, just Google) be on the list but not My Web 2.0? How can no local search engine be represented? (Copernic desktop and Google Desktop are both there.) How can My Yahoo!, with its robust and transparent RSS integration, be ignored in favor of the A9 toolbar?

(Page 1)3. My Yahoo! is one of the best things on the net! Unfortunately for Yahoo! its really hard to capitalize on it revenue wise - but its still one of the best things online! I use it every single day!
My Yahoo! is a great way to the information you want the most. I use it especially for my blog on "Google vs Yahoo! vs Microsoft" where I use My Yahoo! to stay on top of all three companies - or try ;) Especially also search results from Yahoo! News integrated as a module. My blog is: http://investinsearch.blogspot.com/

6. All I do on the Internet is just crawling in Yahoo's stuffs. And that's quite enough for me. My Yahoo gives me all I want. Other services are just great as well. My idea? Yahoo should be on the top of the list.

1. You are right on! My Yahoo! (just one piece of the huge Yahoo! pie) is AWESOME with its RSS integration. I have been a dedicated user and promoter of My Yahoo! for quite some time, and highly recommend it to news, sports, and information junkies everywhere.
