I came across Frapper via a link in SEW to a group of Search Engine Optimization professionals identified on a Google Maps mashup. From there I noticed a link to creating one's own group on Frapper, and it couldn't be easier. What a great little app. You just type in your name and zip code, and optionally upload a picture, and Frapper does the rest. Then you invite everyone you want in that group to add themselves.
