The latest city in Google's itinerant shopping spree for real estate is Manchester, England. A Google rep in the U.K. says that Manchester is the creative capital of northern England, and that Google plans a modestly staffed office there at first, later to expand. [via SEW]
1. Sometimes I wonder exactly what all those Google employees are busy doing. I wonder why Google feels compelled to hire so many people just because their ad network is doing well.
