They came, they went, they came, they went, and now they're
back for good. Web Clips is a Gmail
feature that displays a single RSS/Atom header above the Inbox (or label view of the Inbox).

The feature works with mercurial quickness, providing < and > buttons for navigating through the list of feeds.
A preset list is established, but, of course, all those feeds can be nuked and replaced with your own selections.
Web Clips seems intended for entertainment value primarily; it is not a serious RSS reader by any stretch. Clicking a
feed item opens a new window for the article; there is no attempt to provide a true feed interface within Gmail.
