Company is angry over its Google position
The tiff against Google started when Kinderstart started loosing rankings in the search engine going from 18 million page views a month in 2005, and then all of a sudden over 70 percent of their traffic just stopped coming.
Supposedly the owner thinks that Google black listed the site because it was also in the search engine market, and might be seen as a competitor with Google.
So, now Google has been asking a judge to dismiss the suit, because Google has its first amendment rights to choose whatever websites are the most relevant for the keyword term typed in the search engine.
Kinderstart might just have to wake up and realize that their website might not be the best search result built around their specific keyword phrases.

(Page 1)2. Im not sure if a judge can resolve this "problem". Google is a private company, it is their case.

3. Yes Roman, your are rigt: Google is a private company, but it is also a big searchengine and should give us the best results for our keywords.
A website big like kinderstart is a refernce for keywords with that reason. So it isn't the right thing to dismiss this site.
4. Now that many SEO companies like seoinc.com have also lost their page rank and google traffic - we have to wait and see if any of them will take the bull by horn?

5. Now with the recent Google PR update many SEO companies like SEO Inc. also have lost their page rank and google traffic. We have to see if any of these companies too go for a legal battle with Google.

6. Google's search results are not always honest. Google de-listed my website, www.ncjusticefraud.com,
from search results for "North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper." At the same time, Microsoft (MSN) ranked my site around #8. Google also refused to allow me to advertise that site, or my other site,
www.chinaisevil.com. Yahoo and MSN also refsued to alow me to advertise. All three censor in America as well as in China. The hypocrites at Google have low ethics, despite their "do no evil" code.

7. Wel, all of us here probably made Google the company that it is today by using their search engine, while there are plenty others around.

8. Actually, going back to the basics, such as the use of business cards and mailings should get these search engine companies to play more fair. Personally, I very much dislike their dishonest practice of "Click Here", "Register Now" and so on without any real idea of the cost of their product. I suspect they must assume we have endless amounts of money and the cost really holds no barrier in the decision process.
Money hungry fools is what they are. Only when things get tough, do they actually become humble and begin playing fair again.

1. "Kinderstart might just have to wake up..."
It's weird to me that a corporate entity like Google has 1st amendment rights. And when does google become so big and powerful that...? Well you know, the Disney / Anakin Skywalker thing.
